House Rules for MetroVue Furnished Apartments

To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, we kindly ask everyone to adhere to the following house rules.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in as early as 9 am. Please check-out by 1 pm. Early check-ins or late check-outs must be arranged with MetroVue staff.

If you stay past the designated check-out time by more than 2 hours, we reserve the right to enter the apartment, remove belongings, change locks, and charge additional fees. We may also hold you liable for any related costs.

Basic House Rules

The following are strictly prohibited:

1. 1. Smoking of any kind, including on balconies or terraces, and including nicotine, tobacco, cannabis products, vaping, or e-cigarettes. Violation incurs a $200 fine plus cleaning costs.
2. 2. No parties or events are allowed.
3. 3. Unreasonable numbers of guests or exceeding the maximum permitted guest limit.
4. 4. Overnight guest numbers cannot exceed the allowed limit for the unit, as posted on the host site.
5. 5. Excessive noise is not allowed.
6. 6. No audible noise outside the apartment after 10 PM (quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM).
7. 7. Disturbing neighbors or infringing on their privacy and security.
8. 8. Illegal activities involving drugs, the Internet, or illegal file sharing are prohibited.
9. 9. Pornography production or prostitution is prohibited.
10. 10. No dangerous or hazardous items that increase the risk of fire or explosion, such as candles or lighters.
11. 11. No firearms or other weapons, except for those legally possessed by law enforcement or licensed security guards.
12. 12. Do not place obstructions, signage, or garbage outside the apartment.
13. 13. Creating unsanitary conditions like excessive trash, odors, or pests is prohibited.
14. 14. Modifications or alterations to the apartment or its contents are not allowed, including moving furniture.
15. 15. No soliciting or loitering around the property or building.
16. 16. Commercial photography, filming, or videography without written consent is prohibited.
17. 17. Using the MetroVue apartment for purposes other than personal accommodation is not allowed.

Guests

You may permit guests overnight only with prior authorization from MetroVue. Any unauthorized guests may incur a fee of up to 100% of your daily rate.

Pets

Pets are welcome with a $50 fee per pet, per month, along with a $500 pet deposit. A pet waiver must be signed before arrival. Please note that certain breeds are restricted.

Supplies

MetroVue provides an initial supply of household items and linens, but does not replenish them during your stay.

Amenities

All amenities are available to MetroVue guests. Use of amenities is at your own risk, and guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Parking

Parking instructions are provided with your booking confirmation. Please comply with posted signs and parking rules. MetroVue is not responsible for parking violations.

Safety and Security

You are responsible for the safety of yourself and your guests. Please lock all windows and doors when leaving the apartment and report any safety issues immediately.

Reporting Damage

Safe and secure utilization of all the furniturse is expected. Any damage to the apartment or its contents must be reported immediately. Failure to report damages may result in additional charges upto one month deposit.

Price Range

The estimated price for these fully furnished, move-in-ready units ranges from $3,480 to $3,720 per month, including all utilities. With the option of staying for as little as $116 per night, it's an excellent value for a comfortable, hassle-free living experience. A one-month deposit is required to secure the unit.

Minimum Stay Policy

A minimum stay of 1 month is required for all MetroVue furnished apartments.
